For reasons of hygiene, returns of Luxe Lashes cannot be excepted. All Luxe Lashes are quality checked before they are shipped, to ensure no damage or faulty products.
Luxe Lashes are handmade using natural fibres, due to this, some discrepancies may be seen between the physical lashes and those photographed and displayed for sale on the website. This however does not deem them damaged in anyway, and does not deter from how they look when worn.
Luxe Lashes are handmade using 100% cruelty-free Mink fur. Each Mink fibre is sterilized to make hygienic for wear. Although no accounts of those with animal allergies having reactions to the Mink fur used in false lashes across the industry has been seen (this excludes semi-permanent lash extensions), those with allergies should trial wearing the lashes first.
